  •  Shipping Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders unless specified differently in the product listing description. Tracking confirmation is sent by email and/or sms. If you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days please email us at SUPPORT@EVILVICE.COM for further assistance.

 

 

  • Sales Tax -  Applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
  
  • Delivery -  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ARRIVAL AFTER TRACKING IS RECEIVED. Please check tracking & shipping carrier for more information. 

 

  •  Return Policy All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

    • EVIL VICE is not liable for lost or stolen products. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in a exchange or store credit.
    • INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY - Please contact us at SUPPORT@EVILVICE.COM within 7 days of receiving your incorrect/defective item(s) to be eligible for a exchange or refund in store credit. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & in original packaging.

 

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

Please note that orders will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment.
